Shipping rates by order weight
Rugs, lamps, decor and drop-ship furniture ship directly from our brand partners' warehouses to your door anywhere in the contiguous United States. Shipping is based on the total weight of your order, and you'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

- Processing: Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 to 5 business days.
- Transit: Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after shipping. You'll get tracking by email.
- Multiple boxes: Items from different brands may arrive separately on different days.
- Furniture: Boxed furniture is delivered to your door by parcel carrier. Some pieces need light assembly.
- Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: We can't ship there online yet. Call or text us and we'll check options.
Couches: free local delivery
Our in-stock couches are available in Lubbock with free delivery within 120 miles, or you can pick up. After you order, we'll call or text to schedule a delivery time.
