Returns
- Rugs, lamps, mirrors, wall art, and accent furniture: Return within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to rug returns. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Pillows, throws, and poufs: Final sale, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Couches: Please inspect your couch at delivery or pickup. Because each couch is one of a kind, couch sales are final once delivered.
Damaged or wrong item?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the box, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
